Pricing
Telemedicine: Insurance or $100 new patient cash pay
In-Office Visit: Insurance or $125 new patient cash pay
Photo Evaluation & Treatment: $50 cash pay, no insurance
Telemedicine has been gaining popularity over the past few years, as it is a flexible and convenient way for patients to see their providers. With the help of telemedicine, you can get comprehensive health care in the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you have internet access or cellular service. All telemedicine appointments use HIPAA compliant technology to ensure your child’s sensitive information is kept safe.
What to Expect During a Telemedicine Appointment
After scheduling your telemedicine appointment with Happy Skin Pediatric Dermatology, all you have to do is wait for your appointment time to arrive. At the time of your appointment, you will receive a secure login to see Samantha Casselman. We ask that you find a quiet space with reliable internet access or cellular service for the entirety of your appointment. Once your appointment begins over the phone or computer, it will proceed like any other provider appointment you may have in-person.

Our beautiful office is centered around ensuring your children are happy and comfortable throughout their visits with us. We also ensure that all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at all times for our patients’ safety.
What to Expect at an In-Office Visit
When preparing for your child’s appointment with us, we encourage you to fill out important information and paperwork ahead of time with our online forms. If you cannot pre-register online, we ask that you arrive at your appointment about 15 minutes early to give yourself time to fill out the necessary paperwork. Samantha Casselman will be happy to sit down with you and your child, ensuring they get the high-quality health care they need for their specific condition.
Happy Skin Pediatric Dermatology is proud to offer a more unique option for parents who may have a tight schedule. Photo evaluation and treatment appointments allow parents to submit photos of their concerns to Samantha Casselman, who will evaluate the photos, accurately diagnose your child’s skin condition, and determine the best course of treatment for your child based on the diagnosis. Also known as an asynchronous visit, this option grants you and our provider maximum flexibility in communicating with each other.
What to Expect with a Photo Evaluation & Treatment
For a photo evaluation appointment, you will be asked to provide the providers at Happy Skin Pediatric Dermatology with high-quality photos of your child’s skin condition, in addition to a list of other symptoms they may be experiencing. Samantha Casselman will examine the photos and other information you provide to accurately diagnose your child’s condition based on these findings. Your child’s treatment will be prescribed after a thorough review. It may take up to 48 hours for Samantha and her team to get back to you about your child’s diagnosis and treatment.
