We DO skin checks for skin cancer surveillance, but we DO NOT remove or biopsy skin lesions such as moles, skin tags, etc. Please text the office for a recommendation for a dermatologist in the community if that is the reason for your appointment request.

- Aetna (excluding narrow plans 'Open Access EPO Plus' & 'Open Access Aetna Select')

- AZ Complete Health
- Ambetter
- Healthchoice (Must have PCP request referral with Healthchoice prior to scheduling)
Unfortunately, all other AHCCCS plans are not currently accepted.
